Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the initial logo design concepts and do not request for a redraw or revisions, we can cancel the project and we will not charge you the balance of the project fee. The $47 we charge you to start the project is non-refundable.**

If you select a concept and request changes or revisions, then no refunds will be given (even if you cancel the project at any stage after that).You will only get a refund if you cancel the project at the initial concept phase.

** Applicable to logo design projects only. Agents, resellers and partners will be charged FULL package amount do NOT get a refund in any event - if they do not like the concepts we show them. This is to make sure resellers and partners or vendors do not take advantage of our refund policy.
